    The feet on the ball part is no problem for me, but I can’t do the hands on the ball at all; I’ve got an old injury in my right hand and that rounded position pressing on the ball makes it useless for anything else for a few days. Fuhgettaboutit!

  4. I challenged my trainer to try “the impossible” at the gym on Thurs. He actually did a couple, but is determined to do more. He may still be at the gym trying as I type this, he was pretty upset with himself that he couldn’t do more! I’ll try to remember to take my phone in on Tues. to tape him.
