After our photo op, we headed upstairs to do our Rachel Cosgrove weight routine (yes, in our costumes!) where we met up with Gym Buddies Jeni (bicep curling), Megan (deadlifting) and Meghan (looking cute).
Here’s to another great year of Experiments, embarrassments and random essays that have pretty much nothing to do with fitness but I post anyhow! Plus a wrap-up of the Rachel Cosgrove Experiment (spoiler: One of my fave Experiments EVER!). Wheeee! I’m going to be taking it easy with the posting for the next week so I’ll see you in the New Year with a new Experiment! Want a sneak peek? For the month of January, we’ll be doing a competition with Lindsey of Lean Bodies Fitness and Heather Eats Almond Butter!
Lindsey is doing a competition where she’ll give each team (the GFE team is me, the Gym Buddies and whichever of you guys that want to participate) two workout programs. Then each week we’ll have a challenge to complete. The winning team gets to donate 1/3 of the proceeds to a charity of their choice. Want to be on my team? Email Lindsey at email@example.com with the subject line “Great Fitness Experiment Team Entry” by Sunday and from that pool she’ll randomly choose five people for a free slot on the GFE team!. Anyone else that would like to be on my team is $30. I’ve never done a fit-blogger challenge before – I hope we’re tough enough to take on the HEAB’ers!
