Recruiting All Weekend Workout-ers! Blast Your Booty! Plus Get a Great Deal on a Heart Rate Monitor!

This particular butt exercise is not recommended by me. FitJerk, maybe.

The incomparable FitJerk (of ab burnout fame) has designed a butt-blasting workout just for GFE readers! The Gym Buddies and I will be doing it in the gym on Monday – for any of you local folk who want to join us – and we’ll be taking pictures, laughing and undoubtedly making a host of inappropriate puns (how could we not?) I’ll be posting the detailed workout and blogging our tighter butts on Tuesday and would love to have you guys try it too! Send me pics, send me your thoughts, heck – send me the quarter you bounced off your rear! And we’ll all get toilet-sore together!

UPDATE: Woot.com’s deal of the day today (Saturday, Mar 20) is a Proform combination heart rate monitor for $30 (US)! It has continuous HRM via a chest strap and touch pad option. Tracks cals/laps/splits/zones/etc. GREAT deal! Done at midnight tonight.

  2. I'll be reading your feedback on Tuesday! Not sure I'll do the whole workout but I might incorporate a few of those moves in my routine.

    Thanks for the head's up on woot. It's too bad that they only ship in the US. I've been wanting a heart monitor since last summer but I really don't have the 100$ or 150$ for a good one.

    Yes please!!! I'll start monday or tuesday with you. Tomorrow HeroGirlJenn is going to bust my butt with Kettlebells. 😀 Thanks- you "join me" workouts always seem to come at a time where I feel I could slip into a coma if I got any lazier (kettlebell workouts aside)

    @marathonmaiden – It will if you work on it consistently. Follow it to a "T" and you'll be all good. Workout #6 is also one of the most important 😉

Let me just say that my butt is absolutely fabulous (or so I've been told) and the workout is very similar to my "Jen's Awesome Butt Workout" I designed for the hubby since he has no butt of which to speak. You can always do the "Hump the Ceiling" move on a stability ball for extra buttasticness!

    P.P.P.S. Would love to do the workout with you, but I still can't sit on the toilet following Friday's Legs and Back workout. I think I may have gotten *a bit* too low on some of the moves.
