How To Make Your Own Great Fitness Experiment

by Charlotte on September 19, 2008 · 9 comments

Step One: Find an elephant…

Because you need instruction in this, right?? The multi-talented Jen Sinkler (Senior Editor of Experience Life magazine and competitive rugby player) gave me the opportunity to introduce The Great Fitness Experiment and my Gym Buddy crew over at her blog, Survival of the Fittest. So definitely check out my guest post on how to run your own Great Fitness Experiment and check out her other fab posts. My particular favorite must-read post of hers is My Body, Reframed. In fact, I love it so much that even if you don’t want to read my post, head over there just to read hers:)

Happy Friday!

PS> There is a DIFFERENT funny sports picture on my post on her site.

Ran across (or should I say rolled off a stability ball) you over at Jen’s site (she rocks, by the way!). Anyway, it’s good to be here. Looking forward to reading more…You’re post over at Experience Life was excellent!!

I lied this comment by you, posted on her blog:
“Everyone is a researcher of their own body. The trick is to be conscious of it. Make a plan and then chart your data. It’ll either make you the world’s biggest fitness geek or a really fit human being. Or both. Either way, you can sit at my table in the cafeteria.”

And of course that reminds me of Seth Roberts and his Shangri-La Diet. I think it’s great advice. Thanks.

That picture is absolutely awesome!

I tried my own fitness experiment with abs and pushups. It’s getting old, and I’m only in week 3…

Charlotte,
You do deserve the love, and thanks again for guest posting on my site today!

(I am, however, mortified about the spelling mistake in your last name [fixed now]. Thanks for pointing it out, myke_emm.)
