  5. This isn’t my blog, but I feel I need to plug.

    Have you ever read fitnessfixation.com? It’s HI-LAR-IOUS, and I think you would really like it. I’ve been reading it for quite a while now, and I knew it was kismet when I read a post on her (the blogger’s) view of all those women’s fitness magazines’ baby-wimpy-20-minutes-a-day-
    3-times-a-week-5-lbs.-an-arm-type workouts. At which I have always scoffed.
